HEALTH TIP

Did you know that stress-reduction techniques can have a specific impact on glaucoma? Your body can't deliver essential nutrients to your eyes if stress is impairing circulation and digestion. De-stress by practicing proven mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and yoga.

MEMORY VERSE

1 Corinthians 9:11, 14

“If we have sown spiritual things for you, is it a great thing if we reap your material things? Even so the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.”

VISION TIP

Spend some quality time this week praying for our Bishop and his family, especially against any attack of the enemy. Keep in mind that if the enemy strikes the shepherd, he will succeed in scattering the sheep.

May God grant you favor this week, and may His wisdom guide you in all your endeavors this week.

In His Service,
